Year 4

Lodge Hill - Day 2

05  Mar  2019

What an action packed day!

After a breakfast of toast and cereal we divided into groups and set off for our first activity, either archery or sledging in giant rubber rings!

During archery the children were invited to build an imaginary pizza depending on their accuracy - the better the shot the better the topping!

Sno-tubing proved to be much more challenging than we initially anticipated. Skidding down the hill was great fun, but pulling the it back up the hill required determination and teamwork.

After lunch we tackled our second two challenges of low ropes and karting. We discovered a few budding Lewis Hamilton’s but also a few stunt drivers!

Now we are taking some time out in our rooms and preparing for our after dinner activities - we are hoping for a campfire but the weather doesn’t look promising.
