Year 3

Bright Sparks

04  May  2016

This term year three are ready to become scientists and inventors, in our 'Bright Sparks' topic.

Entering the year three area, you will pass through a recreation of the 1851 Crystal Palace, the place where inventions of the Victorian era were showcased. The classrooms encourage the children to become scientists and inventors of the future, with objects and forces to explore, and models to design and make.

Over the term we will learn about many different forces and their effects. After half term, we shall be thinking of how we could make life easier or more interesting with an invention that has not been thought of yet.

We hop as many parents as possible will join us to celebrate at the end of term in viewing our variety of inventions at our very own "A Great Exhibition".
