Guest bloggers: Gaby, Rosalyn and Thea.

Today, we have taken part in three activities so far: karting, climbing wall and archery! Excitedly, the three groups made their way to the activities, hopeful that they would do well. Here are some stories of our day:

Izzy told us that she liked the karting because: ‘I crashed into a tree!” Ouch! That must have hurt.  It turns out that Rosalyn takes after her mother with her good driving, unfortunately she also takes after her with the yelling at other, idiotic, drivers.

There were lots of people who defeated their fears on the climbing wall. Scarlett was one of these people. She clobbered the climbing wall TWICE, clutching the top of the wall with her fingertips. Ellie and Lillie found the climbing wall challenging on their first go but, after a break, they whizzed up the wall, going double their first effort - wow!

Many fears have been conquered but there are still some that need to be smashed! Tonight, we (Thea and Gaby) are looking forward to creeping out into the pitch black forest and playing some games! On the other hand, others of us (Rosalyn included) will be chilling out in their rooms with our friends - definitely NOT doing gymnastics across the bunk beds or blindfolded Marco Polo in a small and messy room. It’s not Mr Tostevin’s fault if anyone gets hurt.
