Nursery

Where's my Teddy?

10  Mar  2017

The nursery children have been having great fun! They received a letter from a little boy called Eddy. Eddy was very sad because he had lost his teddy bear. In his letter Eddy explained that his teddy liked to climb trees. He asked the nursery children if they could go out into the school garden and look for his teddy bear.

The children eagerly got their coats and boots on and went out to look for Freddy the teddy. When they went out into the garden they found that someone had left some teddy bear clues for them to follow. After a long and exciting walk, the children eventually found Freddy the teddy in the wildlife area of the school grounds! When they found Eddy’s teddy Freddy, they also found a great big teddy bear and a book in a plastic bag.

The book was called “Where’s My Teddy?” by Jez Alborough. They took the book and the teddies back to nursery where their teacher read the book to them.
